The Education Council of the Cove Ridge Center Foundation and Advisory board is made up of regional educators and two park representatives. The Council’s main focus is to provide educational opportunities to the general public as well as other area educators.
The CREATE workshop is a workshop for local educators that allows them to earn recertification credits while also exploring the opportunities available to them, their schools, and their students, right here in our community. The workshop is held at the Cove Ridge Center each September and participants will explore different areas of the park and participate in various activities that are offered not only by park staff, but also by other partners in our area.
