For groups of less than 25, we also have a
meeting room with 400 square feet of space available that can be set up in
the Classroom, U-shape or Open Square styles.
This room has a writing board and screen available for your audiovisual
needs. It is also very popular location for smaller gatherings such as
birthday parties.
Conference and Hollow Square - up to 18
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions.
This setup is normally recommended for fewer than 35 people. We are happy to
supply a cork board and a flip chart in addition to the A-V equipment for your
presentation needs.
U-shape - up to 15
This setup is best for
interaction with a leader seated at the head of the table. Audiovisual is
usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Schoolroom or Classroom - up to 18
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Tables
provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
